It's still cold and snowy at the farm, but we have already started some plants. In mid February, we start some seedlings under lights in our basement. I say "some", but it's 4000 -5000 plants. The first week in March we will open the first greenhouse, and start transplanting those started plants and some others we purchase into the greenhouse. In almost no time at all we will have a full greenhouse. By late March we will start filling the second greenhouse.
